Earn As You Go is Charm’s dynamic, usage-based creator revenue model. Instead of relying solely on upfront purchases or subscriptions, creators can earn a continuous share of the platform’s revenue simply by driving high-quality engagement and usage of their agents.

How the Profit Share Works

Charm operates a sophisticated revenue-sharing algorithm designed to reward creators who build valuable, highly engaging agents. The distribution is influenced by :
  1. Platform Revenue & Profitability
  2. User Tier Weighting
  3. Usage & Engagement Metrics

Anti-Fraud & Settlement

To ensure a fair and sustainable creator ecosystem, all generated revenue events pass through an automated audit period before settlement.
  • Organic Engagement: Revenue sharing requires organic, legitimate usage. Self-dealing (running your own agents to inflate metrics) is strictly prohibited and will not generate revenue.
  • Velocity Anomalies: Our systems automatically monitor for unnatural engagement patterns or inorganic traffic spikes. Activity flagged as anomalous is excluded from the final payout calculation.
Revenue events remain in a pending state until the monthly audit cycle concludes. Once cleared, they transition to settled.

Tracking Your Earnings

You can monitor your estimated “Earn As You Go” trajectory directly in the Creator Studio.
  • Pending Balance: Shows estimated revenue that has been attributed to your agent’s engagement but has not yet completed the monthly settlement and audit process.
  • Available Balance: Settled, audited funds ready for transfer.

Payouts

Payouts are processed on a standardized monthly schedule. Creators who have completed their onboarding and met the dynamic payout thresholds will receive automated transfers directly to their connected accounts.

To prepare your agent for monetization:
  1. Ensure your agent is published and accessible in the Charm Store.
  2. Complete your Stripe Connect onboarding via the Creator Studio.
  3. Focus on building high-value agents that drive deep, continuous engagement from premium users.
